GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective as of December 21, 2025

1. PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all services and products offered by Séance - hereinafter referred to as Séance or We, whether via our website, our partner platforms, or any other sales or booking channel.
They govern the contractual relationship between Séance and its customers - hereinafter referred to as the Customer or You.

2. SERVICES AND PRODUCTS OFFERED

Séance offers the following services and products:

Artist/DJ Booking: Booking our artists for private or public events.
Event Ticket Organization and Sales: Ticket sales for our techno events via Shotgun links or other partner platforms.
High-End Ready-to-Wear and Accessories: Sale of clothing and accessories.
Clothing Customization: Customization service with your own designs or in collaboration with our artists.
Music Services: Mixing, mastering, soundpack creation, demo submissions for our music label, music sales.

3. ORDERING AND RESERVATION

3.1. Artist/DJ Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed after validation by Séance.
A 30% deposit of the total amount is required upon booking, with the balance due 7 days before the event.
In case of cancellation by the Client less than 15 days before the event, the deposit remains with Séance

3.2. Event Ticket Sales

Tickets are sold via secure links - Shotgun, etc...
No refunds will be issued except in the event of cancellation by Séance.
The Customer must present their e-ticket and proof of identity at the entrance.

3.3. Sale of ready-to-wear clothing and accessories

Orders are confirmed after payment validation.
Products are generally shipped within 5 to 10 business days but are subject to made-to-order production conditions.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3.4. Clothing Customization

The Client may submit their own design or use a Séance artist.
The client declares that they will only use visuals for which they hold full intellectual property rights or usage rights, and Séance cannot be held responsible otherwise.
Visuals are reviewed by the Séance team and may be rejected for production if the proposed visuals are incompatible with the Séance brand image, whether in terms of values or quality.
The intrinsic quality of the visual is the responsibility of the client, who must ensure that the resolution is sufficient for printing.
If a visual is rejected during a session, the order will be canceled and refunded, with the exception of a €5 processing fee which may be retained.
The production time may vary due to the unique nature of each creation.
Visuals may be selected during a session, after agreement with the creator, to be included in the main collection, and each sale will award Ectoplasm Points to the creator.

3.5. Music Services and Label

Mixing, mastering, and soundpack creation services are subject to a quote.
For demo submissions, the Client agrees that Séance may use the submitted tracks within its label, subject to a written agreement.
Music sales are conducted through Séance's partner platforms.

4. PAYMENT

Payments are made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered by Séance.
Any delay in payment may result in the cancellation of the order or reservation, as well as late payment penalties.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

For physical products, ready-to-wear clothing, and accessories (excluding personalized items). The Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.
For services - booking, personalization, music services. No right of withdrawal applies once the service has started or the contract has been signed.

6. LIABILITY

Séance undertakes to provide services and products that conform to the descriptions.
Séance cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, cancellation of an event for reasons beyond its control, or non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions by the Client.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, designs, music, logos, etc. Created by Séance or its artists remain the exclusive property of Séance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client agrees not to reproduce, modify, or use Séance's creations without authorization.

8. PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected is used solely within the framework of the business relationship and in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR).
The Client may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their data by contacting Séance.

9. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of Séance's registered office.

10. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Séance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon publication.
